Angela Parker is a Certified Personal Trainer through The American College of Sports Medicine & The National Strength Trainers Association. She owns Body Inspired Fitness in Santa Monica California and has inspired thousands of So Cal residents to get in shape and realize anything is possible! She will be appearing on the MTV show, Chelsea Settles, this fall. On the show you will see how Angela helped a 23 year old girl lose a significant amount of weight and change her life through the power of exercise. Holly Clapham is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Strength Trainers Association and is a Certified Nutrition Coach through NESTA. Holly created a ladies only fitness program in Los Angeles that gets women strong inside and out.
